Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CS2 Flipper (the “Service”), a SaaS tool for tracking CS2 skin trades and discovering cross-market arbitrage opportunities. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

The Service

The Service provides informational tools only: profit tracking, market opportunity listings, and optional alerts. Free and Premium feature limits may change. We do not execute trades on your behalf and are not affiliated with Valve, Steam, Skinport, CSFloat, DMarket, Buff163, CS.Money, or other marketplaces unless explicitly stated.

No financial advice

Market prices, fees, liquidity, and trade locks change quickly. Opportunity scores and fee estimates are approximations and may be incomplete or wrong. You alone decide whether to buy or sell skins. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or marketplace account actions.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Do not share accounts or circumvent free-tier or Premium limits.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy (or our designated payment processor). Fees, taxes, renewals, and cancellations follow the checkout flow and the processor’s policies. Premium access remains active while your subscription status is valid according to webhook and billing records.

Intellectual property

The Service software, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or accurate third-party market data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) €50.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create security or operational risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
